If you are up for a trip around the maya world, try flying into Guatemala City and working your way to Belize for some paddling. Write us and email and ask for suggested places to visit along the way to the Peten where we can meet you at Melchor de Menchos on Belize’s Western Border to head out on one of our trips and maybe start out by floating the class 2 whitewater rapids on the Mopan River as it flows from this border into Belize and past the Maya ruins of Xunantunich to Clarissa Falls.
Other ways to approach Belize are from Mexico City and Cancun. we are happy to share knowledge of places to visit along your path to Belize from these places. There are many adventuers to be had in the Maya World!
Of course there are boats to Belize from Puerto Cortes, Honduras, as well as, Livingston and Puerto Barrios Guatemala. If you are approaching Belize from the south, inquire about our 4 day adventures in Southern Belize and we can pick you up at the water taxi terminal in Punta Gorda.
